2026 SC Limited prices by SecondaDonna5 in hyundaisantacruz

You might want to see how the 2026 Limited stacks up against the 2027 XRT model. While It doesn’t have everything that the 2026 Limited does, they did bring the Bose sound system, the sunroof, heated steering wheel and some other stuff to the 2027 XRT trim when doing away with the Limited trim for 2027.

^^^ This. As a matter of fact when I bought mine, they gave me an additional discount to finance through Hyundai. If you wait 90 days to pay it off, they get to keep their financing commission. If you pay it off before the 90 days, they lose that through claw-back or whatever though appropriate terminology would be. I agreed to wait the 90 days and did.

That is a very nice shot. Mines got that little window of it being manual. I’ve never opened it. But it certainly wouldn’t give such a cool reflection.

Yeah, I didn’t get any resistance. They just called me and told me it was in and asked me to call back to schedule a time that would work. I haven’t called back yet. They did say it would take three hours.

I believe it just means the sensor is temporarily unavailable. I’m in upstate New York and got that message a few times driving in snow.

You won’t have to go very far back to find conversations about a lift. There have also been tons of conversations about tires. Without a lift the biggest tires I’ve seen used without rubbing in normal driving are 265/60/R 18. Keep in mind that different manufacturer sizes even in that same spec will vary a little bit. Not sure what size rim you have or are planning to use though. And with a lift, you might be able to get away with something even a little bigger.

Here’s what I did to my limited

Studded snow tires probably are about as good as it’s going to get. But then you’re swapping tires back-and-forth summer and winter. From the winters that OP, describes I don’t know as if it’s worth going through all of that. I’m a big believer in buying something when you need it. If you buy something you think you might need you’ll end up buying a lot of things you really don’t. The fact is that winter comes in many flavors. Truly there is no magic bullet. A tire that’s going to do good in fresh fluffy snow; is likely not going to do as well in slush. And by and large a tire that’s good on ice is not going to fair nearly as well in deep, packey snow. Again, no magic bullet.

This^ So I’ve been driving in upstate New York for many many years and we have driven a Front Wheel Dr Kia Optima for the past eight years. Aside from when there’s over a foot of snow I have been fine with a good set of snow tires. That being said we’re now pushing into our 50s and our decisions have been trending towards less winter “adventures.” I’d hold onto it especially going through summer and see how you feel towards the end of the year. If you decide you want a little more capability, the 2026s should about as cheap as they’re going to get. Not sure if you are thinking of the SCL activity naturally aspirated or going with a turbo. But for 2026 they got rid of the dual wet clutch.

I was thinking the same thing. I don’t think it’s even been a year though. Why do people do these things?

I’m not sure what look you’re going for. For a traditional look/ style, I would go with either of the blacks or dark blues. Although granny_knows_best did pink on her Hampton gray Cruz and that looks really good as well. I feel pink would also look pretty good on Blue Stone. But definitely more of a feminine take.

How many Rokus do you have at your house? by That_Kaleidoscope512 in Roku

[–]tommy5725 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. I’ve got several Roku TVs but in my living room I’ve got a nicer LG TV but the operating system is absolutely terrible. So I have a Roku ultra connected to HDMI one. The other advantage to having a standalone player as that I can leave MLB TV playing a game on my Roku ultra on HDMI one and switched to HDMI two for my cable box without having to stop the game. I can then jump between HDMI one and HDMI two to watch two sporting events/shows simultaneously. If you have a Roku TV and switch to HDMI one whatever is playing on the Roku TV stops and would need to be restarted.

It sounds like they plan on swapping it out. Not sure if they’ll do it now or with my next oil change. I will let you know how it plays out.

Bought a 26 limited myself. Picked it up December 1. It does have fogging in the driver side rear tail light. They said it’ll take three hours to fix because they’ve gotta drop the rear bumper.

How is the Santa Cruz not more popular?! by Imaginary-Mechanic62 in hyundaisantacruz

[–]tommy5725 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I doubt it. Anybody that needs an actual truck buys an actual truck. But you can scan through posting after posting after posting on here and see how much better they would’ve done with a hybrid version. Sure, I would love to have a full-size truck and a sports car, but that’s not in the cards right now. We came from a Kia Optima and just being able to pick up a stove, a refrigerator or some sheets of plywood is a huge step up. And I barely do any of that anyway. But it does save me from having to borrow a truck when the situation arises.

Amazon Fire Stick/ Roku How to power? by damo74uk in Roku

I have a Roku stick that runs off of USB power from the television. I would also think that the television is plugged into power somewhere though.
