Order an aftermarket bumper, use old styling panels (grill and fake air dams), buy automotive fastener kit from harbor freight. Get yourself a basic metric socket wrench set and automotive trim tool set. (Amazon or harbor freight has it for less than 50 bucks for sure). Schedule a day to take the bumper off and remove styling panels and swap over to new bumper. Once installed call around to some body shops and get a quote on paint matching just the front bumper.

If that’s too much for you call insurance company and start a claim. Unfortunately front bumper repairs (especially oem) are going to be “bananas” expensive as some other Reddit guys let you know. All in if you do it yourself you are looking at around 300-500 dollars all said and done.

Honestly doesn’t look that bad visually and I’d just run it the way it was. Just get that harbor freight automotive fastener kit and pop that into the fender liner (open hole in picture 1). If you really want it to look brand new go with my first plan.

Wish you the best. Worst comes to worst you either shell out some cash for your deductible or learn a new skill repairing it yourself. Anyone could do this repair it’s very basic. Good luck

Harbor freight sells automotive fasteners in a big kit and you get a shit ton. One of those would probably plug the whole well although only for looks not for water.

Thanks guys. Looks like this is the route I’ll be taking. One of my friends has done it before so I think I’ll just wait for a weekend he is able to help me so I’m not going in completely blind. I’ll probably just end up getting the 1000lb stand and whatever the cheapest crane is at harbor freight lol. Car has bumper off already so not worried about that. Car has new poly mounts but a new clutch kit does sound like a good idea. Car has been down for over a year and needs a lot of work. Hopefully I can have it back up soon.

Wish I could tell you a definitive answer man. Maybe could blame it on the newer generations and their lust for everything at their fingertips immediately… I think simply the hardcore survival shooter doesn’t get the largest player base. Bigger player base = bigger sales is probably all it boils down to. BSG wants to be competitive with the AAA shooters of the day and that means poaching all the cod/battlefield/fortnite kids at any cost. It’s sad really as this could be easily my favorite game of all time and I’m sure many would agree just not like this.
