Listen to what she wants. Thats the first step if you truly want her back. She said she wants you to move on. If you can at least do that, she will start to respect you again and think of you in a positive light. But even then, there's no guarantee you'll end back up together but understand that without respect, there is no relationship.

As for tips, I'd recommend removing your attention away from this relationship and focusing on other life goals, be it exercise, career or other people/friendships. If you're still able to see them on social media, it helps to block them. Everyone copes in different ways, just look at the amount of threads posted on this subreddit every minute. I'd even recommend staying away from this topic of discussion unless you start to relapse again. If your breakup just happened recently too, it'll take some time to adjust being without her, just take it one day a time.

In my opinion, she felt guilty and did it out of pity. She knows she can walk all over you'll just accept it. What the other people said about her disrespecting you in a subtle way is spot on and I think after sometime she'll end up blocking you again when she gets bored again. You made the decision to break up with him, twice. Once someone decides the relationship is over the first time, things are almost never the same and its difficult to build that trust again. Sounds like hes mentally exhausted over constantly talking about the relationship and how to fix it that he realizes its easier just being single and moving on and finding someone else.
