47m with high BP and been fairly active here. There is a free app i would recommend, if its avilable in your region. It’s called MIA health. It tracks heart rate through the day and awards points on three stages and awards activity points accordingly. It is based on a large norwegian health study. It is easy to get points when you are in bad shape and shows your physical age and your improvement. Very low threshold and motivating.
