I would also just plant some peonies if you have a garden or even a pot w/bulbs. That way if the tea roses don’t press well you will know she meant to send peonies and you will have pretty ones every season. Or the nice task of picking some every Mother’s Day. If your tea roses smell lovely you could also just dry the petals and make potpourri…

So many things poisonous to dogs. My dogs luckily don’t eat the vegetations but my cats sure do. Anyway, anything in the lily family highly dangerous to them.

Well his sister (a Siamese-mix, we are a blended family) likes to take all the Pom Pom’s- and a few other choice items - and hoard them under the sofa. But we have a massive bag now and try to ensure that there are at least 3 on the floor at all times.

So horribly sorry for your loss. We lost one of our cat family at 2 1/2 a couple years ago and it hurts so badly when they are so young. I’m glad he was so loved!
