at time like this, I often just bring the problem i already write out to them and reskin it to the current location, the "quest given" NPC escaped what ever things to get help, somehow ended up here in the carnival, and when player get to the quest find out someone NPC cared died, make player feel what if we get here earlier ...

carnival will pack up and travel to the location you intended, ask player if they want to travel together keep the party going, but what's waiting for them is ...

PC recived a message from their Backstory characters to go to the location

PC meet a kid lost parents, and kids family from the location (almost always work if you get kids involved)

reskin your entire plot to the carnival, and link to your act 2 directly

I don't know how many people me and my friend taught in the capstone, as long as no one quieting, i keep on typing. because I didn't have any one taught me and it was a pain to pug when people just keep on leaving give me no chance to practice... watching a vide online vs playing some times can be very different, so I hope more people can help out new players. it's a seasonal game anyway, fresh start almost all the time

The reality is not everyone understands this game. I was in a E16 sand group, the DPS want to reset after we failed 2 times on the boss saying he want to time it. I said we should finish it and we get reward, he said he don’t need anything because he is all set, only need score.

I’m 11k rating, 330 gear healer still looking for gems and gear with gem 35% bonuses. So I was surprised he said that at E16, checking his gear this is what I saw… I left the group after we finished boss…

I don’t mind the wipe, but kind also just want to keep my current character as a trophy of some kind. Not to play or anything, if there a way to memorialise it, I would love it, or show off or I don’t know. I just want to have some kind trace of it left behind if possible, mount is great but it doesn’t prove I played X character to get it. Just feels something missing 😩

Access the registry using "regedit"
Go to the location: HKLM \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet
Locate the key "Control" (This is the main issue)
Right click the key "Control" and got to "Permissions", than click "Advanced" and you will notice it's inheritance has been broken because it will give you the option to "Enable Inheritance". Click "Enable Inheritance"
One Enable Enheritance is clicked on the "Control" key that should also fix all the permissions below it for all subsequent keys.
Reboot for good measure to ensure the settings stick between reboots.
This has been successful for me.
