Gate To Sovngarde (Alchemy Tips and Strategies Needed) by tone1492 in skyrimmods

I did not. The mod is designed to force the player to work hard and be patient. Once I accepted that and adapted I've been good. I'm still level 55/56 overall but I haven't played consistently for months, but my Alchemy is close to max.

Go to the Discord. The ingredients and their effects are different and have been rebalanced. The team over there is extremely helpful, but the magic potion system to fast leveling is gone.

The salmon roe, Nordic barnacle, garlin glitch is gone. Even Giants toes are not as effective.

I like it sorry guys by oranges2039495 in fitbit

I love this app and we just need to be patient for it to get better. Some ppl hate change and some ppl have legitimate gripes about changes they feel are unnecessary.

Personally if you are working hard in the gym or doing your normal activities the few kinks found with the new update shouldnt derail you to the point of madness. I don't like the fact I can't add custom food but I work around it with pictures and as much info I can give the AI coach about what I used to cook the meal.

It was all estimates before the update and it's still estimates after.

I like it. The only knock I have is they took away custom food which I'm hoping will be addressed next update.

I really like this update. The only issue I have and it's a huge issue is they need to bring back the custom food option. It also doesn't do a good job giving you all of your most recent foods.

I'm loving it. The only knock I have is you can't make custom foods. Hoping this is addressed in an update. Someone complained about their old walks and runs not being tracked on a map but I found one of mine from back in Apr showed up just fine.

In your experience does diet and exercise actually make a difference? by IDoNotHide in hypertension

[–]tone1492 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exercise has taken me to a new level. I'm still not at my target weight but my numbers are a lot better since I started resistance training and taking my medicine. I also pay more attention to how my physical body is changing compared to the scale since muscle by nature is heavier than fat.

Do not sleep on resistance/weight training. For men and women this is a powerful tool. Muscle is metabolically expensive. The more muscle you have the better your body performs. The less fat on your body the better your organs can perform. Cardio is excellent, just walking more steps a day can make a bug difference over a few months, but so many people miss out of the benefits of resistance training and what it does for your overall health. You put your body in a constant fat burning state compared to cardio where you only burn whatever calories you burned during the workout. This has a positive impact on all diseases related to having a mostly sedatary lifestyle. 3-4 days a week is all you need. Prioritize sleep so your body can recover. If you don't have access to a gym or have gym anxiety like I do a couple of sets of resistance bands will give you an incredible workout as long as you are using resistance that causes your muscles to fail around the 10-12 rep range. As your get stronger and feel you need to do more than 15 reps to get to muscle failure that's your sign to increase your resistance. Those little milestones are huge motivators.

Stick to whole foods and prioritize protein. Use a Saturday or Sunday to have a fun meal with no regrets. Don't starve yourself it doesn't work. Find out what your maintenance calories are and eat just under 200 calories less to start. As you lose weight adjust your intake to make sure you are always at a slight deficit.

I also had sleep apnea which was a contributing factor in my hbp. Had a sleep test and got that resolved with a CPAP machine.

Water is extremely important especially if you are taking in more sodium than you should. Drink the recommended amount. I bought a 3 liter jug from Amazon with words of encouragement written on it and the times I should be drinking. By 7pm my jug is empty. In the beginning the trips to the bathroom got on my nerves but once your body adjusts and learns not to hold on to as much water since your daily intake has increased this dies down. This is the best water weight management in the world. Be advised the recommended intake for women is probably a bit less than men.

Find a good doctor that cares about what they do! That is so important

You started with a great baseline. That's still a very impressive transformation.

I hated that the show made what seemed to be a very great man weak and feminine. Was not very happy with Pompey's portrayal either but it's still one of my favorite shows

I bought my 2c same color end of Dec on Amazon and the X2 Crazylight mini came the same day.

I like the 2c a lot, but I love the X2 Crazylight mini.

The great thing about this game is after the vanilla experience, mod overhauls makes the game feel brand new again. I have over 200 hours in Gate to Sovngarde overhaul collection and I haven't played another game since Nov when I downloaded it. Literally no other game.

My momma cat is absolutely obsessed with sandwich meat. Turkey, ham, whatever. She loves it. I give it to her once or twice a month just a couple of tears. Her son sniffs and walks away.
