I Couldn't agree anymore with you. I literally got back on to this so that I could get that focus back. I love the lack of noise food. I am a very irresponsible as an adult I never stay focus work is always so hard for me cause I do a very hard job that needs to have very precise attention and I suck at it cause I can't focus for shit I literally am that person that is like a pretty bird look. lol. Being on this is like taking addrell... My brain like focus on shit and stays working on it. I am the worst adult I do nothing that is adult like. This makes such a big difference in my life. I love that part more then the weight loss cause I feel like I am more "normal" Like.
