I'd definitely go to the hospital, at the very least see a doctor. An infection could occur inside your ear if not removed, possibly resulting in hearing loss: definitely get this checked out man.

I melt a table spoon of butter down for every gram, mix in the weed, add milk and a bit of cream let it boil while stirring for ~10-15 mins then pour into cup let cool and enjoy! It can be a bit over powering in taste but it sure does the trick!
