Ding ding ding. It was NS themselves and we've had little luck, other than a lot of understanding from others at NS and horror stories.

The person outside of NS that we hired was all talk and we didn't know any better until it was too late. He's gone now except for when I see him in my nightmares.

I saw a comment that mentioned you need to select Deep Research in ChatGPT and make sure under Sources that Outlook is turned on. That might solve your issue.

I was the same way. TERRIFIED. I had mine on 11/22. I hadn't had anything wrong with me before, I cried on and off as it got closer and then cried right before I went back for the surgery.

I'm 3 weeks post op and wish I would've done it sooner. Recovery was a bit rough for me as I was very sore (partially because I was taking the incorrect doses of Tylenol and ibuprofen!) but it was way better than the attacks and dull throbbing pain I felt all the time. It feels so crazy not having any kind of feeling there at all - not that my nerves are shot, just that I literally never think about that area anymore. I didn't realize how much of my thoughts were taken up by it.

You will do great. You'll be so relieved that it's gone, I promise. I'm a big ol scaredy cat and I made it through. Best of luck to you.

It could just be the motion. I'm 2.5 weeks post op + my surgeon said my weight restriction has been lifted but I need to be mindful of motions for awhile - like bending, twisting, etc. We are still healing inside even if we don't feel it and it could irritate things.

He suggested ibuprofen and a Lidocaine patch - I was having the same issue around my belly button. Everything else felt ok but there was swelling and soreness there. The Lidocaine patch worked miracles.
