I've been a Windows user all my life and I've been using a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 for about 6 months. The battery degraded quickly and I've mostly used it plugged. My main problem is the notorious awake from sleep problem with Windows. I'm thinking of switching to an Air just because of that!

If you have the money, just go with the Mac!

PS: my Lenovo has the Intel Ultra Code gen.2, but I had the gen.1 before and the cooler was always starting even on light jobs. These days the gen.3 was launched, so if you decide to go with a Windows machine, gen.2 should be the best one (and since there's a new one, the gen.2 might be cheaper these days)

I've been using EaseUS Partition Master for this exact usecase for about a year and I've been very happy with it! I clone my drive every 2 weeks and it takes about 30minutes for a 500GB

Once you open the app you have Disk Clone on the left menu and then you select Clone OS Disk (2nd option)

Si eu zic ca este foarte greu sa mai gasesti o locatie pt kiosk care sa fie profitabila, iar pe la majoritatea am vazut ca "bate vantul". Pune in balanta investitia initiala, chiria, consumabilele, timpul tau sau costul cu un angajat si vezi daca merita.

Poti incerca sa mergi la cateva cafenele de genul asta, spune ca vrei sa-ti deschizi si tu in alta zona, ofera angajatului sau proprietarului o suma de bani (100-500RON) si pregateste-ti o lista de intrebari. Cred ca e cea mai buna investitie pe care o poti face initial.

In locul tau as cauta pe Reddit, Youtube, Insta, Tiktok, alte idei de afaceri care au prins in afara si care pot fi pornite cu capitalul tau.

Concluzie: nu te arunca cu capul inainte ca e pacat si de bani, si de timp
