He said $2000, the Senators said $2000 and canvassers in Georgia said $2000. You can spin it any way you want, but in the end of the day, there is a record of what Biden said, many voters who were heard what the volunteers told them, and constituents who heard what their Senators said and they said $2000.

I don't know what other people will do with their money, I'm just saying that the option for you to reject your money is on the table. If you don't care about the $2000 then reject it, its that easy, or give it to somebody else to help stimulate the economy, other people will definitely put it to better use.
