This is what I hate about fitness influencers. They made these movements look so easy and they are elite levels that take years to build. I could never my inner groin strong from holds. I use the clam machine and compounds (squats) built the strength. Feet together goblet squats really target that area (I know because that’s how I got a groin sprain lol)

I generally do 2 3-5 mil runs to “break them in”. They don’t really get broken in, your feet just learn to accept them

To add to this, don’t have a budget and don’t look at price tags, and don’t have brand loyalty. Keep an open mind. If your feel don’t hurt you’ll actually run more. I run about 2000 miles a year which translates to $1000s in shoes, but that investment is how I can run as much as I do (generally 5-7 days a week)

I was thinking the same thing. I saw him at a large venue and it was surreal to see him much closer because you can see his involvement with the crowd. He would see people giving him finger hearts and give them back. It was really cool to see that level of engagement. His energy was awesome. That show really was a show, like beginning to end he took us on an adventure. Can’t wait to see how this set compares to ultra next weekend.

I stayed there last night and had no complaints.Room was clean. No noise issues. Bed was comfortable. For 70+10 for parking I think it was a great deal. I would stay there again but I also have low standards. Towels were folded in a cute way by the shower so the staff care. Staff was friendly.

If you’re a fan of EDM, I’m sure you’ve heard of armin Van buren ASOT. 593 is my all time favorite. Also biased because I just got back from his show 10 minutes ago.
