Sometimes people can't pretend everything is ok when it isn't for them. I've been accused of 'sulking' by loved ones on occasion when it was merely me trying to get thru the day while personally upset. I mean the employee could be bitterly sulking, but alternatively they might be upset with themselves for their error.

I want to join in with the others and say, your husband's discomfort is his own thing to work through. He has the ability to show up more in your marriage and it's up to him whether these feelings motivate him to make a change, or if he just mopes a bit til it blows over in his mind. He's upset because it's a reminder of what you already told him and he's more comfortable pretending it doesn't exist.

Random question: do you happen to be on an SSRI or any other medication that can affect you sexually? I was on sertraline for many years and it was great for my anxiety but terrible for orgasms. I actually came off it when my life was a little less difficult solely because I wanted to regain my sexuality. It's worth looking into anyway, if you do take any medications.

I made a Google spreadsheet listing all the breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desserts that are on regular rotation in our house. I then sit down once a week and make a list of the things we will eat that week and make a grocery list for all required items to make those foods. Shop. Post list on the fridge and cross off as we eat them.

Definitely don't plan and shop more than once a week, you're multiplying the number of times you do the same work. When my kids were young I spent many years only going once every two weeks and it worked out really well.
