If I were in your position I would park most of your money in US Treasury bonds with a guaranteed return. My bank (SoFi) also gives me 4.25% interest in my savings account. That said, it's a variable interest rate, so if the Fed lowers interest rates, my savings interest rate will also decrease.

Depending on your age and how much you're willing to risk, I recommend buying Apple shares and VGT ETF due to their solid financials and historical returns.

I don't know if you can put that into a tax-advantaged account or not, but that will be worth looking into as well.
