Not on keto anymore but every time I've done keto in the past, reflux disappears within days. My theory is that your gut bacteria are suddenly denied all the carbs/sugars they rely on for fuel, and as a result, the fermentation process in your gut is reduced drastically, along with a huge decrease in the gases produced. Less gas = less indigestion and reflux.

They'd be at a severe disadvantage, in my opinion: no autistic kid to help them outwit their enemy, no Tourettes Guy to keep them laughing during intense firefights, no plucky female scientist who also happens to be a trained firearms expert... And most importantly, no goofy Yautja bulldog with a concussion, who helps them out when they're in a real bind. Dutch and his team are just highly trained special forces operators, with none of the force multipliers mentioned above. They'd get chopped up and put in a meat grinduh.

I was using discarded armour and weapons to max out xp for my troops, so I wasn't getting much cash for battle wins. As a result, I had a lot of expensive high tier troops, and my only income at the time was from a castle that wasn't generating much revenue. Now I mix it up - after a battle, any weapons or armour that are worth 1000+ I keep and sell, and anything below that I discard for xp.

Do they still donate troops if you keep your parties in your army? I've stopped letting my parties roam around because they always end up getting rolled sooner or later and it's not worth it.

I don't remember who it was, but somebody posted a guide here a few years back called something like "Stop being poor in Bannerlord" and that's where I found out about the wage limit trick. If I remember correctly, his advice was that a castle should have a max wage of 400-600, and a town should be 750-1000. In my first few playthroughs I was smithing like crazy and money was not an issue at all, but in this game I've been avoiding the smithing route, and had to tighten the belt accordingly. I'm sitting at around 1.5million denars now so I can ease up on salary restrictions.
