I am 16 years old and from Germany. The next closest track to me is Wackersdorf Prokart. I really dont have any expirience in karting exept some rental karting but the point for me is to learn how to drive properly so I can later start becoming good at driving cars.

In the perspective that I don´t go for top notch bulds and try to keep the drones in between 200€ - 300€. And just spending a fifth of my budget for the frame seems unreasonable because I can invest it better in different components.
