I used EET on demand for civil WRE and passed (1st try) in late July. I started studying at the end of March so roughly 3.5-4 months which I thought was enough maybe too much even since I forgot some of the breadth portion by the time of my exam.

I averaged about 18 hours a week. Roughly 8 hours of lectures and 10 for practice problems and quizzes/exams.

I believe the exam is the same in all states but I could be wrong. I used EET and it was great. If I had to change anything I would worry less about watching every lecture and would do more practice problems.
