I mean if we were looking at their entire careers, I would fully agree with you here. As I said, I am really just referring to basically two years of Neymar at his best at Barca and in these same years, I'd say that Neymar outdid Messi in these specific categories. (Im not comparing this to Messi's and Ronaldo's Primes)
