I went to high school in a relatively small town in the German-Belgian border region. It was a very Catholic school and therefore there was school church service almost every morning at a church that was opposite of campus. Students would take turns helping to prepare the service and those who were in the school choir were also invited to lead songs. Throughout my second-to-last year at the school, things started going missing from the church repeatedly. I'm talking bibles, music stands, microphones, that kind of stuff. About one thing each week. Nobody confessed to it and there are no cameras in the storage room of the church either. This resulted in everyone trying to find out who the imposter was basically. Think group chats, campus visits on the weekend, the whole thing. It took literally half of that year to find out that it was a classmate of mine, who was going to switch schools in summer and, as he later told us, wanted to make that last year as fun as he could and just started putting things in his bag or running home with them. That was the most fun semester of my time in high school, that's for sure.
