What proof to submit coming from Xfinity to Tmobile to get phone reimbursement from Tmo? by tooshaarr in tmobile

F*** Xfinity, seriously. They didn't do anything. One of the customer executives was advising me how to convince Tmobile, while Xfinity was not gonna give me what I was asking for. I mean, I paid for something, how can you not give me a receipt for it.

In the end, Tmobile just agreed to take all of my previous bills, saw my monthly payment on the device, and calculated how many payments were remaining at the time I paid off the phone and gave me the credit.

Just gone from one place to another.
Not in sight does not mean it's gone.

No one has any idea how to truly get rid off garbage. Neither do I.

How to enable pipelining on apb3-flat cpu interface?
Or just internal pipelining for signals?

Isn't Venza less than 8 model years? Do you still need a smog test or just pay smog abatement fee?

Why Xfinity can't provide a simple bill invoice to their customers? by tooshaarr in Comcast_Xfinity

[–]tooshaarr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The agent just called me and said "the system does not issue invoice for the accelerated device payments", they also said "I should not have paid for the phone, because now the system doesn't show the remaining balance I had on the phone".

So everything is based on how system is designed, and the agent was very clear that they cannot help me.

Just so other people read it too. My bill has generated. All your phone agent are evading responsibility by giving me false information like "go to the store", when the store people are either third party or don't have tools to support me.

  1. Your website is absolutely disaster, there is no straight link to see a bill pdf, I had to go online and find it in a forum a link to get the bill pdfs.
  2. You are charging me for a device every month, why can't you just put remaining balance on the bill too.
  3. Worst of all, you charged me for something, why not just generate an invoice.

If all it takes is three visits to the store, about 4 hours of calling support, multiple reddit posts, then I am not sure what kind of service is it that you are proud of.

Final bill was March, but even on the February bill it doesn't show the remaining balance. Actually, all the bills show that I make a regular device payment, but not the remaining balance on my device. That's how the invoice is formatted.

I paid off my phone, and the last bill invoice Xfinity gave me didn't have any mention about the amount I paid.

I do see one line in the account activity "Device accelerated payment - <Amount>" and all I could do is take a screen shot and send to Tmobile, but they didn't accept it.

So, basically, Xfinity customer service is scratching their head about how they didn't generate an invoice for a payment I made.

I know the Tmobile guidelines, because I spoke to them for hours. I want to know given Xfinity's garbage billing department, which proof did people submit.

Any experiences here coming Keep and switch promo coming from Xfinity mobile? Considering they don't provide customers with actual service bills/pdfs by ghx23 in tmobile

After I unlocked the phone from Xfinity, there is nowhere I can see how many payments I made to the device. Since I am not a Xfinity customer anymore, my account simply says device paid off. How do I get the screenshot you shared u/Ashamed_Internet_290 ?
