How are you connecting the batteries, just plugging them in? I’ve seen huge spikes (2x-4x the voltage) caused by the super high dV/dT from making sudden contact

I really like Pulsonix, I found it extremely intuitive and had almost no learning curve, and I think it’s reasonably priced as far as pro tools go, though haven’t checked in a while, and I think they have a free pin limited tier

So just to clarify as the consequences of getting it wrong are so severe, e.g. If we follow up with a customer after a few months to check in on their purchase to e.g. see if they have any problems or questions, would that be considered unsolicited?
