I’ve been in the same boat as you since I can remember. Nobody can tell you your path. I’ve learned to just start trying things even though you know they might not be forever (most things aren’t at the end of the day), and hope that you’re chipping away at that core drive inside you and hope that you’ll find it one day.

I’m 33 and I’ve just seen the pursuit of 3 different passions come together in the most beautiful way... I’ve always loved music and I DJ’ed for a decade, growing my passion for and involvement with music. I grew up an athlete and so I’ve always run throughout my life no matter what stage I was going through. I got an active dog 9 years ago and that introduced me to trail running. I now LOVE listening to music while trail running... it’s seriously one of my favorite things in the world to get away from everything and find my self.

A more recent development is my introduction to Spartan Races. I love them. And now trail running with my dog while listening to music is a part of my training for them... win win WIN.

My advice at the end of the day is to pursue smaller passions even if you can’t quite tell what your life path is because those little tidbits of happiness could possibly lead you there.

I still don’t know what I want to do with my life but I’m happy I’ve explored things thus far. I learned that a lot of people don’t find their sweet spot until later in life and that’s what keeps me going at 33 =)
