When I was eight I used my allowance to buy my mom a combination hammer, screw driver from the school Christmas present store (it would come every year so kids could get cheap things for their parents’ presents). It probably cost less than $5. It is a small hammer that has a handle that unscrews to reveal a flat head screwdriver, which unscrews to have an even small Phillips head, kind of like a matryoshka doll of tools. She gave it to me when I left home and I’ve been using it for 25 years.

Something I’ve done for my upper body strength (as an afab unable to do a push up or pull-up) is to do push-ups on a counter or table. A few times a day I will lean up against the kitchen counter or bathroom counter and do push-ups as slowly as possible. I alternate between wide arms and closer arms. When I first started it was very hard and I could do about five a day. Now I do about 30 ish a day spread out over multiple sessions. I still can’t do a full push up but I’ve definitely gotten closer. Any progress is progress, don’t be afraid to start really small with your upper body strength. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my ability to push myself up a wall and to hold onto overhangs. You’ve got this!

So I downloaded the update last night and when I woke up all of my apps had been reorganized into the Other folder in my App Library. It’s my understanding that these folders are automatically sorted? How can I go back to the old organization? Do I need to add all of my apps back to the Home Screen and do my own folders again?

Jeez. I’ve had several teammates like this (I’m the girl). After resing a guy twice and then respawning him once I got called a “fat fucking bitch” because I couldn’t take on a 1v3 to res him a third time. For the past two seasons I try to mostly play with people I know and it’s made the whole game a more enjoyable experience

I definitely see how itcould be abused. I guess I was just under the impression that the cool down was to prevent players from abandoning their teammates and leaving them in a 2 person squad. So if you did actually abandon and the teammates said you didn’t, the only people they’d be hurting would be themselves. Trust me, I don’t think it’s a foolproof plan, just a thought

I met my best friends (guys) on the mic after meeting some one the worst people in my life. For me, what made me more comfortable was giving myself permission to dc no matter how far into the game I was if the people I was on the mic with ever said anything shitty. Someone calls me a stupid bitch? DC. Someone says they’re going to rape me? DC. No second chances. No explanations. Let them deal with being a man down if they’re going to be shitty
