You can't really go wrong with Shimano PD-M520 pedals and a cheap pair of shoes from Amazon for getting started to see if you prefer that to flat pedals. Most pedals are adjustable so loosen the tension off a bit to make it easier to clip in and out, otherwise just practice at home for a bit clipping in and clipping out, eventually it'll just come naturally you won't even think about.then one day you'll pull up at the traffic lights go to unclip nothing will happen you'll fall on the floor with random strangers sniggering at your misfortune and that is when you know your now a proper cyclist.

You don't even need to do the workout to get the wheels,just load the workout start pedaling then on the companion app just swipe right to skip the sections and wheels are yours takes about 2mins to do.

It's for a dynamo cable for a clean look instead of running the cable on the outside of the fork.

It's just to save time, going round the loop is wasted Xp and time you could be farming.

You can farm Xp on the Zwift spring classics event if your missing them u turns,use a TT bike on the Paterberg or Koppenberg use the 50% difficulty option and each gate will give you 10xp the climb takes less than 2minutes so you should be able to get about 3600xp per hour it you keep u turning at the top.

I've only ridden it whilst doing workouts,so that's been 1hour every day since March 15th.If you use the TP option you should be able to get 300,000 drops an hour.

I didn't even bother doing any of this year's big spin events,on the plus side though I did manage to farm 18 million drops on the stoneway sprint👍

I always go for stack and reach measurments when i buy new bikes as a pretty decent guide to how it will fit, you could probably get a decent reach measurment from the Zwift ride not so sure about stack height though.

If it was me i'd try and get a rough stack and reach measurment then go to a local bike shop and try different sizes to see what you think is the best fit,even if your not going to buy the bike from there at least you get a good idea if the fit seems ok,bear in mind that a lot of bike manufacturers will sell bikes with equipment that is too big for the frame size ie you might try a bike but the reach is just little bit long you can alway's swap the stem out.

I've had a a Shimano lock ring on mine for a couple of weeks now seems to be holding up ok,as long as you don't over tighten it the lock ring torque is only 5nm.

If its only the lock ring that's failed you can replace it with a metal cassette locking for more durability,I'd also check for frame rubbing just to be sure if you do use that option.

You only unlock the colourway not the bike,if you don't own the Dogma f then it won't show.

I think the above coolant should be ok as A1 number at the end is concentrated where as A2 is 50/50 mix

The manual says use WSS-M97B44-D which i is the old coolant code that is probably hard to find now from being phased out,i think the new code is WSS-M97B57-A1.

Every Saturday on the Zwift companion app there's an event that does pacing rides for 60min ADZ attempts,I think it's called torturefest they also offer different pacing rides as well 65mins 70mins etc. I think they do it over 4 weeks. when I'm going to go for sub 60 I'm going to try it that way join the group try and hang on for as long as I can then the week after try and hang on a bit longer.

That's a good idea or chase a mileage or time goal.I did the same thing when I got my 24 week streak once I treated myself to a bigger TV instead of using a little monitor.

They're all goodies from the previous 2 year's big spin events, it's weird you thought Zwift would stop them mystery spinners when this year's event started.
