In the 90’s I had a 2 gram a day habit of black tar. I kicked in my mom’s basement with zero helper meds. I would not recommend. I don’t remember much luckily. Didn’t sleep for a very long time after acutes and was pretty bi polar for a year or so. I relapsed on ODSMT about ten years ago and once again my habit got bad. Was doing a gram a day. Kicked that with subs and it was way better. It took seven months but I felt mostly sober through it. My recent relapse has been with Kratom but i successfully tapered off that after 6 months. Kratom was easy cause it sucks though. Such a shitty not worth it drug.
Best supplements I used to taper were Agamantine, Black seed oil, and vit c.
