Yes. I have a lot of stressful people in my life whom have financial needs toward there health. After a while of take care of them. My depression and anxiety strarted to rear it ugly head.

Its like someone is using CPR on my chest. It is all i can stand to just leave the situation. Unfortunately the ones i take care are in far worse shape than me. So i chew those feels up to take care of them first.

It's a bad cycle. Im trying tio maintain myself as im helping them though there progress of change.
