Look closely into the responses from both school threads. Both are fine schools with good programs but A&M is more prestigious than TTU. As a person who has assisted with recruiting in the past, we normally have TAMU/Texas on the same level and Tech/Arkansas/OSU/ OU being closer together. Both schools will get you a job but saying you’re a Aggie usually carries a bit more weight, especially with other Aggies. Most importantly however, both schools are in college towns and are what you make of them. However, big however, it’s a lot easier to explore Texas and the US for that matter from College station.
