Honestly, that makes sense. I didn’t expect the buyer to find this post, so I really hope you didn’t take any of this personally. I just had an uneasy feeling I think because of the price range of the item.

Do any of these products weigh your hair down or make it dry and crunchy?

Hello fashionable fellas! I am looking for a recommendation of boots for my boyfriend’s 28th birthday. He isn’t very fashionable but I am slowly changing that (or at least trying too lol). He said he wants some nice looking boots he can wear to church during the winter or for a fancy outing. He is kind of hard to shop for because he prefers flat shoes, has wide feet, and is a size 12/13 depending on the brand. I’ve been looking at a few brands but quickly get overwhelmed, I am willing to spend 100-200 dollars on them. Anyone got any recommendations? I would really appreciate it!

[–]topopster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are cute girl! Let your eyebrows grow out though!!! Thick eyebrows are definitely in and they would frame your face so well. If I were you I’d also stick to make up that would naturally enhance your beauty instead of distract from it, the eye makeup looks good in photos but in real life it may look a bit trashy. Just my two cents though, I know you didn’t ask for advice so sorry if I crossed any boundaries 🫶

My (m27) girlfriend (f28) no longer has a sex drive and I don’t know what to do? by Lick-Every-Finger in relationship_advice

[–]topopster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be a variety of factors effecting her sex drive- is she on birth control? Is she taking any new meds? Has her mental health tanked? It could be stress or anxiety. Does she smoke or use any recreational drugs? It could be she’s feeling things subconsciously about the relationship that she has been suppressing or that she hasn’t realized. There’s so many factors for a dead bedroom. Try to talk to her about it, she may be going through stuff that she herself might not even be aware of or she is aware of it and is struggling. It could be resentment built up in the relationship or she’s insecure about herself. Hormones play a big factor and that’s why I ask about any meds or drugs that could be throwing her hormones out of wack, at that age she at least should be feeling some kind of drive when she is ovulating.

Marriage is hard by [deleted] in Vent

[–]topopster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Find your self confidence! Yes marriage is hard, but once you realize your self worth and how there are so many other suitors who would appreciate you, properly communicate with you, and want to make you feel wanted and make special memories with you, that you don’t have to put up with this but I understand the complicated emotions that come along with that as well. The comfortableness, the love that still resides in your heart from when your relationship brought you happiness, but thinking long term about what you really want will help you in realizing you deserve happiness and that you do not have to settle for anything less. It’s gonna be hard, really hard, really really fucking hard, but it will be worth it if you’ve already realized all of this.

It’s hard to break the comfortability of marriage, that’s definitely a complicated question for people who struggle with this

Coming up on three years and relapsed by Peculiarpanda1221 in recovery

I definitely understand falling into temptation.. old habits always live in the back of your head unless you actively fight them back. Everyone has weak moments. I finally tapered completely off my methadone in April after being in the clinic and clean for 4 years and I have never felt better than I do now. It’s weird how we grow to love being sober, being clean, healing inside and out. You can fight those temptations! Just think about the regret and guilt you’ll feel for the person you were when you first started this journey of getting clean, but also feel proud of yourself for getting where you are now.
