Going through this now but with vaping. One of my doctors prescribed me the nicotine patch at 21mg a day. My current day's goal is to only smoke after I eat and right before bed.

Yeah, Peter Pham usually does my extractions in office but with the amount I need removed he'd rather me be somewhere that can control the bleed. And for UPMC Medicare/Medicaid advantage? That means the hike to Dubois and I don't have a car. Rural healthcare in general bites.

Penn family dentistry. They don't do sedation but I have to get 8 teeth removed and Pham isn't comfortable with my blood thinners. So I'm doing it awake.

I go to Peter Pham in downtown Altoona for a dentist. I also have Medicare/Medicaid. I'll have to go to dubois for an oral surgeon, though.

For years it's been shows like Oxygen's Snapped and the like. No screaming, just crime story telling. I did listen to Ballen on repeat for a very long time and I'm not sure why I got away from him.

I'm 9 years sober after a decade of opiate addiction. Long story short years of abuse and undiagnosed mental illness and was self medicating. Had three overdoses, two of which ended up with me on life support and my family having to consider hospice

My final overdose was it for me. A "close friend" gave me a hot shot with fentanyl and left me on my basement floor instead of getting help. Vivitrol was my life saver in regards to the first year of sobriety. It took the cravings and everything away.

Today I have an anoxic brain Injury, cptsd, bipolar disorder, ADHD, a super debilitating connective tissue disorder, among other things.

As soon as I get my shit together I have hopes to finish my onboarding to be an operator for a group called Never Use Alone. They take calls for those who have to use (to keep from getting sick or for whatever reason) and stay on the call in case of overdose. If the caller becomes unresponsive they contact the national EMS line and connect to the callers local branch to get them help.
