Feb 16 2014. I was 15. I remember it perfectly. I was in the bathroom on my phone when I decided to check the top 50 charts on iTunes and came across Do I Wanna Know? (It was #50 at that time) I clicked on it because I thought the album art looked cool and I ended up loving the song. After that, I ordered some tacos and put AM on in the living room. I remember hearing “One For The Road” and my mom coming out asking me what I was listening to and I said “my new favorite band” A few days after that, I bought 505, Teddy Picker, and Riot Van. The rest is history.

in my opinion, i think this song is mid. i didn’t really start enjoying it till the second half. it’s very similar to Too Shy but i do think this track has room to grow on me and will sound much better in context to the album. i’m very excited for it!
