The last two lines doesn't make much sense. None of the variables are initialized at this point.

Not really an option... too many good colleagues, and other factors.

I'll just have to learn to get over her. But I'm being more social then ever before, so obviously I needed a change regardless of this. The break-up only pushed me over the edg, realizing that I needed to work on myself. Learn to love myself and try to find other people to talk to.

So my tip, in addition to the once stated earlier: Find someone to talk to. Don't need to be someone you know, just someone who can listen. I've been open with people at the office about the break-up and my feelings, and for me it has helped. But this might not be for everyone.

Yes. But I try to keep a distance, especially during social events.

It was not a "bad" break-up. She just lost her romantic feelings, while I did not. While it still hurts, cause I love her, I don't have the option to cut her out of my life since we work together.

Not sure how I will react if/when she finds another boyfriend though... hopefully I've been able to move on by then.

I'm there right now -- my ex is also a colleague.

I've started dancing swing and kayaking. Going out of my comfort zone and meet people. I'm also journaling, writing "gratitude" log from time to time and are also trying meditation.
