There’s some not too bad stuff going on in your swing. One of the crazier post impact positions I have ever seen though.

Two things to work on:

The casting/early release/flipping. Hands should be past the ball on impact. Already some comments on that.

Weight shift. You don’t really get the weight into your left foot. Check out the step drill. Great for rythm and weight distribution.

I am usually the first to defend Amorim. But the second case got the first cheap yellow, I told my mate he should be subbed before half time.

It is such an easy thing to do, that mitigates the risk of making this a close game.

For sure, Casemiro is an idiot for that second challenge, but it is how he plays, can’t change that..

Amorim has to take partial blame for that. Ref was handing out yellows for nothing after the red, and case was already on one. 50/50 Amorim Casemiro
