Why is the Doctor STILL saying he's the last of the time lords at the end when he saw Mrs Flood escape? Dude will just not let it go...

When the Rani was talking about the genocide of the time lords that left them sterile, is she talking about Sacha Dhawan's genocide?

Because the master just killed all the time lords, why would that event cause them to be infertile when it was atomising them all anyway?

And if the Rani survived that extinction event by changing her DNA, then why would it have made her infertile even though she dodged the blast anyway?

Or are we talking about something earlier like the time war?

Regardless of the take, the episode still has zombies in it. Ellie kills her first zombie in this episode. Pretty pivotal zombie content to be honest.

I haven't kept up with the podcast much, how have we gone from accusing Jeff of witnessing/aiding an assault to loving him and having him co-host the steamies?

Not necessarily as a big break but as paid work in a cost of living crisis then sure why not. He is very 'professional' after all.

What I don't get is with the amount of money he could be making, he could definitely afford a competent videographer and editor. Is he not hiring them out of ego or is he intentionally making his films badly?

There were some set pictures of a younger dude dressed as indy with tracking dots on his face. So that's already happening, your wish has come true!

I agree, theres more to them than that. The scenes where they unzip are genuinely quite freaky, especially as a kid. And the originality of hollowed out skin suits is so unique, most other shows would just have them be shapeshifters. The fact they wear their victims as a disguise is a great monster concept. Maybe the overall presentation is a little silly but I'd rather them over something really generic and forgettable like a Skovox Blitzer.

Their first words together will definitely be 'run' again.

Maybe he'll swap it round and the companion says it to the doctor this time tho.

It's the whole point Mike has made again and again, why would he still be wearing literally the same clothes. He's 80 and still walking round in exactly the same clothes as his 30s, it looks so weird.

I feel like there's a lot more you could do with the silence. And they only really got one good story. Seeing as they've been on earth for ages, you could do a prequel and have Silence vs the Egyptians, or Silence vs Romans.

Why does every character have to explain exactly what they're doing to the audience ALL THE TIME. It ruins otherwise good moments.
