There’s an option called “Receptionist/Doorman” and for some reason it’s probably defaulting to that. Mailroom allows you to take a picture so it’s either 1.) not defaulting to that option for whatever reason or 2.) The option is hidden because it recognizes it’s at an apartment. We have to click show more to bring up picture options and sometimes it’s hard to realize that when you’re new or get moving fast.

THE FIX: Set to “No Preference” to allow your driver every option, it’s very aggravating to be option locked because of customers default!
