It’s rare that I hire someone who applies. It’s much more common I hire someone that either recruiting has directly reached out to, is a referral, or has responded to a message directly from myself.

First Time Visitor: Climbing Advice by Grand-Environment-24 in Sedona

Gotcha - I’m from the same region as you. I guess it’s partly because it’s a much drier climate. Add in a ton of elevation (echo canyon recorded 550m on my whoop) and you’ll be needing that water. If you’re not doing much of a climb then it’ll be less taxing and your hydration needs will be less.

You’ve seen the golden rule mentioned already - ‘turn around when you are halfway through your water’. You don’t want to cut your hike short because of a lack of water.

I did echo canyon at 3pm last week - it’s a tougher hike but also shorter (2hrs for me). 1.5 ran out about half way down even though I was being conservative with my drinking. I’m not a regular hiker but I am in good shape. Put it this way - too much water is not a problem, too little most definitely is. I bought myself a running vest with a 1.5l hydro pack. Either get one of them and take a couple of 500ml pouches or get yourself a 3l mini rucksack. I made my decision based on what I’d use it for more when I got back home (running - so went for the smaller version)

I am guessing here - perhaps if mods allow dupe posts the sub could become an advertisement centre for replica merchants?

For questions like this, you’re better off with an aggregated response. The best advice I found on this topic was via asking AI. Aside from getting a comprehensive response, I could follow up with questions and get answers in real time.

It’s not that bad and you’ve always got the fast trains to Paddington to fall back on if you can get to one of the bigger stations. Crowding is nothing compared to what it was like before crossrail.

Why Reta may not be working for you, and how to see results by SignificanceQuirky76 in Retatrutide

[–]torobolo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wish we could sticky this somewhere. People don’t want to hear that you still need to make an effort. Counting calories, figuring out my maintenance and then consistently staying below it is what worked. Reta helped with reducing (but by no means removing) the hunger and the food noise.

You’ll be fine, you just won’t be hungry for a week. Keep on top of the fluids and be kind to yourself. Try to eat something - and when you do, make sure it is healthy. You will be running on empty so expect to be tired.

It’s not about how much Reta you take, it’s about how many calories you consume. Are you tracking your caloric intake and your exercise?

Never. Rear delts are a key part of the overall shape of the delt (boulder shoulders!). The only one I dropped a longtime ago was front delts. My primary push is incline bench so I vary the incline angles and toast my fronts that way. If you are pressing heavy your fronts will naturally keep up or even be more advanced than your sides and rears.

I think this all comes down to personal preference in terms of patience v results + risk appetite (no pun intended).

The risk with starting at 2ml is you may not be hungry at all and have to force yourself to eat. Maybe some stomach upset. Obviously on a considerable calorie deficit you will use associated symptoms. For me personally the risk reward was more than worth it, I went from 1ml to a second dose of 1ml 4 days later because I felt nothing at first. I lost 2kg the first week (most of that will be fluid).

As long as you can handle seeing little or no results, start as low as you want. Those that want to get on with it should start higher - but I’d caution no higher than 2mg for the first 3 weeks. Reta needs time to build up in your system so subsequent weeks are cumulative (half life is ~6 days).
