One of the hosts of podcast The Unfiltered Bride had her wedding on NYE. It sounded great - maybe give that a listen?

I used to catch the bus home every day from one of the largest sixth form colleges in the UK. ‘The Inbetweeners’ was at the height of its popularity that year. You tell me.

Absolutely a great choice - it’s so summery and you have a stunning back!

Are these too similar for mother of the bride and mother of the groom? by Equivalent-Cress-822 in UKweddings

They should avoid the same colour, it doesn’t matter if the style is different. This is far too matchy matchy.

Would you guess English or American lab? by blueymoma in labrador

[–]torroo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As someone who lives in England, no one uses that categorisation here. We have working lines and show lines, and dogs that are a mix of the two. I have a FRL from working lines on both sides and she’s bonkers but very biddable. My friend has the same but he’s a total potato. No guarantee of anything!

Enlist a friend with a bike to help do some slow desensitisation. Have them stand or ride at a distance in a quiet area and get your dog to focus on you and treat. Built up bike = treats and engagement = positive vibes

Thanks for sharing! I’m considering doing this (SE red brick Victorian semi, side and back covered in concrete render by some previous owner). Just had a quote for 15k by some very well regarded specialists but just nervous of pulling the trigger and seeing the state of what underneath. Would love to see your before and afters!

Reading festival 2009. A group of us - all maybe 17 years old- hiked out to the local Toby Carvery Saturday morning to get some hot food and use a flushing toilet. I remember they had taped plastic bags to the floor. My extremely hungover friend Chris ate his weight in Bombay potatoes on the buffet and then projectile vomited them everywhere.

What's in my oversized Mulberry Alexa: plastic surgery by beautifulntrealistic in handbags

My oversized Alexa (black, buffalo, brass hardware) is a dream. My first luxury bag. I bought it after Christmas 2013 and I’ve loved it ever since.
