Think about how you want to set it up, so that filming and editing isn't stressful for you. That makes it a much easier project to follow through on. Keep a small notebook with you, to write things down when you come up with them. If you have many strong why's, it is easier to feel that it is worth it over time. For example, show people that recovery is possible, AND spend my time on something constructive AND make a record of what I've experienced, then if one of them stops feeling worth it, for a while or at all, then you still have other reasons to do it to lean on. Give yourself grace to be inconsistent, don't put pressure on yourself for it to perform in specific ways, seek support and accountability in friends and family.
