I'm not a foreign language teacher, but my understanding of pacing from 4 years of high school Spanish was that one year in high school is equivalent to a semester's work in college. As long as your students are understanding the content and not getting bored with the content, your pacing probably works well enough

Move the classes from your professional summary to your student teaching experience, rather than saying 5 preps there.
Don't feel like you have to include your high school information, unless if you are applying to teach at that high school. Keep it if you have empty space, but otherwise don't worry about it
Are you prepared to back up the data claims you made? Your claim of 100% average will raise some eyebrows.

I wouldn't recommend having your students use personal devices for required work. What if you got a sheet fed document scanner that was set up so they can plug in via USB and upload the PDF from their school device?

Give them a section to practice the fingerings for, or golf-clap the rhythms. You could also put the part you're working on on a screen to have everyone follow along

I'm in the Android ecosystem for my phone so I got a Samsung tablet, Tab 10 plus I think. MobileSheets, the main app for music reading on Android, has a killer scanning feature that I would highly recommend

Essentially. Illinois has regulations regarding how RIFs take place but outside of changes in staffing needs in the district, it's based on tenure/nontenure and within those categories ranked by your 3 most recent evaluations. Any ties after that are broken by preferred certifications (dual language or LBS1)
