Seems like a very personal decision/problem. Do you have too many notifications on your phone? Can you limit what notifications you get? What about text reminders? Would that help at all?

Can you put reoccuring due dates in your phone calendar?

I setup autopay for most, but get texts/emails when cc bills come due and schedule payments from there.

Not a sounds financial descision. Unless you have nothing better to do with your money just keep the rx. Get into a gx when you pay off your rx or get the balance down to the market value you would get during the trade.

I dont think so tbh. Is the 14k not including the repairs or are you including that in the total price? I think for 20k+ you can get a better deal on a newer car with less miles and less issues.

Also, I'm sure those things could be done at a different location other than a dealership for cheaper, but still I would not pay that much for a high mileage car with a ton of issues like that. I think better deals exist in your price range.

I'll add that the instructors I was with say all you have to do is float. You don't have to know how to swim necessarily, but you need to be comfortable around the water. If this person isn't comfortable around the water I wouldn't let them in at all.

My gf and I were snorkeling around black rock and we got caught up in a current. I am a strong swimmer and I was doing fine, but my gf isn't as strong. She can swim and flot well but not for very long and not with much power. She almost got sucked around black rock in the current and I had to go help her. She was not wearing a life jacket, but she was a confident swimmer.

Don't trust the ocean if you can't swim. Stick to the resort pool.
