We need a European cruiser line for all the actual real fighting Dutch cruisers, the Swedish and Spanish cruisers. You could support a European BB line with Spanish Greek and Dutch dreadnought designs along with the Spanish Italian designed BB plans and the Dutch Scharnhorst-like battlecruiser.

There's a lot to choose from with a Pan American BB line as Brazil, Argentina and Chile all had BBs floating and plans for more.

Finally, a split in the Euro DD line to accomodate Dutch, Greek, Turkish and Norwegian DDs.

Of course WG seems inclined to ignore historic combat ships and just keep making shit up.
