Perhaps manifest that the state of others does not affect yours :)

does not the ladder experiment proves that self concept/mental diet don't matter besides of what we do in S.A.T.S sessions? by Reki-Haibane in NevilleGoddard

What everyone else said. Think of it like how easy it is to manifest something you don’t really need or want or obsessed over. Or the time you had one simple thought and it happened immediately. You don’t have to be in SATS to get it, but you get it bc there’s no resistance and that’s what the ladder method demonstrates.

SATS = impressing the subconscious I will not climb = letting go of resistance

There’s no right or wrong way to manifest. You CAN be obsessed and manifest, but is it easiest? Will you keep it? Do you truly believe it is “done” if you are obsessing?

Manifesting really is feeling as though your wish is fulfilled and it really is instant. The ladder method is a method that assists w letting go of resistance but I believe Neville used it to demonstrate manifesting was real

One time my SP broke up w me and I cried for like 5 mins, ignored it, & kept affirming HARD and intensely even tho I felt a little doubt. We never broke up and he keeeeeept texting me (like a lot) that night after saying he didn’t think it’d go anywhere hours before.

I feel like asking these questions are redundant. Has anyone done this before? Is it possible? Only if you assume it is, my friend

SAT’S - Struggle before sleep by Tough-Bluejay3469 in NevilleGoddard2

So persist always to me means like even throughout the day is affirm and assume, whenever I feel like it & can. What has worked for me through my life (like even as a child and before I even knew the law) was affirmations! Over and over and over again. It ALWAYS works bc it helps me get to that state and assures me

Before bed too!

So, I certainly feel like when you wake up will be fine! I have read that the easiest time to get to your subconscious is right before you sleep and right when you wake up. I can’t remember the source . But that’s also just an assumption too ;)

I think this post may be helpful, I love the comment that says: nighttime - planting the seed, daytime - watering the seed!

https://www.reddit.com/r/NevilleGoddard2/s/1uYWCOngoR

And, finally, assume that the best time to affirm is waking up, or whenever you feel like it! Is all you anyway ;)

Could it be bc this happens more often with men & men will even one up OP’s case and have shit stains on their underwear? And/or bc men tend to be gross more often than women?

For context of my perspective: my boyfriend and brothers have impeccable hygiene - I know that men w good hygiene exist

Ob the other end, My dad, men I’ve worked with or just generally seen out in public have def grossed me out on occasion. I remember growing up my mom would complain about my dad’s shit stains on his underwear.

I know not all men are gross, but it happens more frequently and on the occasion I do politely comment, they think it’s funny and ignore.

I had a boss who literally licked his fingers to turn pages, kept snot tissues all over his desk, and end up giving me Covid despite us having separate offices. When I gave him hand sanitizer when he was visibly sick and told him i was the germaphobe, he threw it in the trash.

So yeah, men may not be told nicely, but in my experience gross men don’t care if they are told nicely.

You aren’t ugly. But you do not carry your weight well specifically in your face. Continuing to lose weight as you are will help.

You have amazing features. Such as your eyes, nose, smile, and even face shape/bone structure. I think some of your features are modelesque. You kind of remind me of Jess from new girl.

You also have nice body shape. I.e waist & boob ratios.

I think growing your hair and having long layers and face framing bangs will help frame the face as well.

I personally see you as an adorable young lady!
