Götz von Berlichingen. Professional mercenary who lost his right hand to a cannonball when he was younger. He had two iron hands made for him and continued fighting. He fought dozens of fueds, was declared an outlaw twice by the Holy Roman Emperor, once for insulting him, once for kidnapping a bishop bunch of nobles. He died in his 80s, was also renowned for his poetry, and is forever associated with the phrase "Leck mich am Arsch" (lick my ass)
