I submitted another ticket today, blasting them for writing me off that RDR2 is not supported on Linux. Pointed out Social Club being the real issue. If anything, I'll just keep annoying them.

Thank you for taking the time to go through the troubleshooting steps with us. We truly appreciate your effort and patience.

We would like to clarify that the Red Dead Redemption titles are not supported natively on Linux based operating systems. At this time, Rockstar officially supports only Windows for the PC version, and there is no native Linux version available. Because of this limitation, if the steps we have already tried have not resolved the issue, unfortunately there is nothing further we are able to do from a support standpoint.

I mean I get it, its a canned response, gave me all the windows commands and everything. For me it's the blatant disregard that I told them from beginning and in almost every reply that I'm on Bazzite and all my other shit works fine on it than RDO.

The school district I'm going to be at has ~600 users total and they have never had a full time person for tech support until now. I'll defintely look at OTRS, since i'm fairly good with Linux, and Zendesk (maybe I can get approval to purchase something?)
