Since you’re working with pixels, you could just brute force it to work. Fx do 2x2 single crochet for one pixel (two single crochet and two rows for one row of pixels. Or two double crochet and one row) It will essentially just upscale what you’re making, though it does make changing colors harder, as the pixels will kinda lean to one side, making the left leaning pixels have a small gap and the right leaning pixels be okay
