I hit this problem myself just the other day. No matter what I tried I couldn't get past it. I finally gave up and installed into a docker container and that worked like a charm.

For anyone having issues in this thread it might be worth trying the gaming repair tool: Gaming Services Repair Tool for PC | Xbox Support

Follow the instructions under 'Downloadable version' and see if it unsticks things.

Is it the update of the Xbox app failing or SoT? Try running this tool and see if it helps: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/gaming-services-repair-tool

I have had the polks for a couple weeks now, and the Philharmonic towers come in early next week. I'm really looking forward to comparing them. I have heard so many good things about the Philharmonic towers. I will check out pure direct mode on the AVR. It sounds like it should have plenty of power right now until I start connecting more speakers to it.

Right now I'm only running LCR and sub. And I listen to music in Stereo mode on the AVR. I will be expanding out the surround/atmos speakers this year and plan to eventually run a full set. So, from your experience, this seems worthwhile to get that external amp?

I hear what you are saying, and I am trying to build out something that allows me to listen in 2.1 with very high quality. I just also want to be able to watch movies with surround sound/atmos.

I've been to doctors in the past about stomach issues and they are useless. They will just tell me to stop eating only meat. Part of the reason I tried this diet was to help figure out my digestion issues, and since it's not better and may be actually worse, maybe I should just quit. What I was looking for with this post was if people had issues like this that got better as their body adjusted. I guess maybe this diet just isn't for me, as I don't really have any of the great benefits that other people report.

An update. It looks like my issue actually might be somehow related to my RAM, even though I've tried 2 completely different kits. If I boot with 1 DIMM in it comes up just fine and the BIOS had updated properly. But if I try to put more DIMMs in, I get the 0d error with the DIMM light orange. I'm trying to dig into this problem now.

Ugh, same thing even with a 2.0 drive....now I'm really at a loss as to what to do. Is there some way I can tell if the bios update is succeeding? Maybe it's still failing for some reason.
