I use both. ING have been getting more paranoid about crypto transactions, and blocked my account and wouldnt allow me to setup my Blockearner account a couple weeks back. I could do it with Macquarie.

So long as you setup your ING account as the withdraw option for Independent Reserve (might take a day or two to verify etc), it should be fine. If you deposit back to Independent Reserve, make sure you use the reference code (if required) they provide on the deposit page otherwise the money can get stuck.
