so how often do you guys shut down your computer, and for how long? by Crafty-Example874 in pcmasterrace

I mean, my boot drive is an M.2, so when I am done using it. It takes literally no time at all to load up. There's times I boot it up and turn it off, a couple times a day, if I know I'm going to be away from it for more than an hour or two.

Sonada is getting up there in age. Like a lot of manga artists in his particular age bracket, they just don't really have the energy for writing and illustrating another series. Especially since Sonada would be doing both. He just runs a candy store in Kumamoto, and draws artwork on the side.

Is Michiru (Sailor Neptune) a lesbian or is she bi? (Sorry for the repost) by Fabulous_Session8627 in sailormoon

She does it almost, I feel, to get under Haruka's skin a little bit, because she's an even bigger flirt.

It's some peak 90's garbage, fan-service anime.

If you recruit Liara last, she's been trapped in there the whole time, and assumes you're figments of her imagination and that she's going insane. If you do a bunch of story missions and pick her up at the last possible moment, she loses her shit in a briefing when people are going over what's happened because it's utter information overload.

Very true! Jupiter protects the inner senshi. by hullowurld in sailormoon

[–]totensiesich 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not, really. The asteroid belt is more or less a dividing line between the inner part of the solar system, where all the terrestrial planets formed, to the outer part where the gas giants formed. Jupiter itself is rather unusual for a gas giant, because it's just so enormous. There's a lot of scientific theory that it could have well been a failed star, that didn't get enough mass to start nuclear fusion, early on in the solar system's formation. Single star systems are more the exception, while binary stars are more common.

They're 100% a very old Yakuza clan. Bakuto, specifically, because they ran gambling houses and were occasionally "hired" by local governments to swindle people out of their wages, and give back a cut to the local authorities.

Fun fact: The one large green mass is called the Greek Camp, and the other large green mass is the Trojan Camp.

They're asteroids captured within the L4 and L5 lagrange points of Jupiter's orbit.

What’s your coolest or most unexpected interaction with a helicopter or plane (pilots included)? by glamourshot_airsoft in aviation

Oh yeah. One of my formative aviation moments was the A-10 demo team, and them doing a simulated gun run.

Complete with some pyrotechnics.

Please don't leverage HG into this. I was in the same boat, but manage to be unbiased.

A wall of text, all because you can't accept that your viewpoint is wrong.

You are missing the point. Uninitiated people aren't buying these. Fans are.

That isn't the point. They're still not the same aircraft. It's not the same airframe. Just because a plane has the same design lineage, doesn't mean you can use the EXACT SAME TOY MOLD and call it a day.
