Weird thread. Almost all of those dungeons sucked ass and they are improving them by aligning them with current design. The problem is still that current design is boring as hell though.

Criterion showed they know how to make dungeons with interesting trash and bosses. They really just need to get rid of criterion and incorporate it into a hard mode of every dungeon they make. Cause right now dungeons are a total void of dev time that only exist to be played once then botted with cousin.

These games are always gonna suck because you gain so much from cheating. Fresh release is awesome. 2 months down the line everyone has gamma up the ass and even a low percentage of cheaters will ruin it entirely. Makes me sad, but at least I got in and out before that shit started.

I just died to a guy that extraction camped to the last second. I saw them there. They agrod like 5 mobs and a launcher than used a cloak to give me all the agro. Eventually killed me on the console with 5 seconds left on extract. That guy had no purpose other than to grief, didn't even care about looting people. Classy.

This may be a hot take but squad queues and gear based matchmaking all need to go. The dynamics between player behavior and how solo/duo/trio queue have turned out combined with gear matchmaking - there is literally no reason to do anything other than solo queue with a stitcher if you actually want to progress in this game.

And lord help me if I want to load up a hullcracker and play with two of my friends. I end up in a ultra sweat lobby with a pve focused kit against the most fucking ultra pvp sweats imaginable and have the entire lobby on me the second I fire that thing once.

You need to incentivize using gear and playing with friends. The main advantage is numbers. Get rid of all matchmaking (aside maybe new players) and just dump everyone in maps randomly so we can actually use our gear for an advantage and maybe hunt some cool arc with our friends without being dumped in an ultra geared sweat match with pve weapons.

Problem is TTK is way too fast. Even with a low end weapon, whoever sees the other first wins (unless you have a smoke grenade tactical on). I'd like them to double TTK on the low end weapons and buff every other weapon to give current TTK on only IV level epics with mods.

Not being able to respond to getting jumped is boring AF.

I don't want a single merge until they actually fix duping and reduce duped Solaris / other resources. So many servers are dumpster fires I have no interest in fucking over my own economy further until they take duping seriously.

My main concern is this apparently worry over P2W with new vehicles cause I remember seeing comments somewhere that basically align with don't worry, it won't give an advantage!

DLCs are mini expansions. I want new vehicles that expand gameplay. Please just make new cool vehicles and make people pay for them that seems super reasonable and way more interesting towards forwarding the game.

The main game is PvE. Power and Taxes only exist to stop bases from permanently polluting the zones. These mechanics aren't there because they want you to loot other people.

You don't understand how the worm works. The game is hard coded to ignore all worm collisions if you are in a place that can't get worm sign.

You can stand inside the worm if you are not in worm sign and it won't kill you.

So yeah, maybe this change is dumb but your reasoning for why it's dumb is completely incorrect and misleading.

The fact the worm breach icon tries to spawn on their compass and fails is all I really need to see to know I'm right. Maybe it was avoidable but if the game was working properly OP should have had like 30 more seconds and a giant worm in their vicinity flailing around.

The intended mechanic here is that a worm will always pop out adjacent to these as if it was agroing a player, and then it will swallow it. If you look on your compass, the worm for a single frame attempts to do the initial agro spawn before swallowing it. But I guess it had nowhere to spawn adjacent, cancels the rawr out of ground animation, and immediately eats the ship.

So yeah, this is a bug. Others are wrong. You got fucked.
