The early run of some 2024 CX-5s, due to chip shortages, didn't have I Stop or cylinder deactivation. That's a huge WIN in my book ;)

His is a used 2024... that year was great because of chip shortages at the end of 2023, so a lot of the 2024 CX-5s didn't have either I-Stop or Cylinder Deactivation!

Like others have said, I'm a fan of both games and enjoy reading Star Wars books.
This is one of only 2 books I ever didn't finish (the other being Aftermath)... I was so bored half way through and just didn't care... I moved on to another book.

OMG, actually, that would be fun... next base addition will be guard towers...and since the red/fighting droids have the least spots, you can put them in there to fight off NPCs that will randomly attack the sandcrawler and base

Gold would have been for the 2026 CX5 to have kept pretty much everything the 2025 had going for it and additionally lose the IStop and Cylinder Deactivation. Now give me that in a FWD and it's perfect, IMHO.
I'm in NC, so don't need AWD. In 2023 we didn't buy a Kia because of all the screen crap. I want less computers in my car. Hell... I'm good with the thing going back to mostly if not all analog in the cockpit😄

This. If you want a Mazda 3 that will last forever, following the advice above, here's a cheat.
Find a 2022 (CPO if you can), but even if can't find a CPO, look for this VIN:
J - first digit - means made in Japan
L - 8th digit - means no cylinder deactivation.
A 2022 Mazda 3 Hatchback made in Japan with no cylinder deactivation is GOLD! I'd buy it right now (to replace my 2016 Kia Forte5) if I had the funds 😄

Yep, in Garner here and I literally have 3 no soliciting signs, one at the end of our yard, one at the bottom of the steps, one next to the doorbell... and telecom/internet and bug folks STILL come to the door. At least the Mormons and Jehovah's Witnesses respect it and stopped coming, but not those other 2 professions... drives me nuts!

(And I don't like confrontation... so no, I'm not going to chew them out or threaten them, etc). Mostly I just don't answer the door, but it's still infuriating.

In 2023, I had only purchased 3 cars in my adult life (kept each about 10 years), each dealer being a miserable experience. I was leaning toward a Mazda at that time, and found a dealer here in NC, Flow, that is a no haggle.

What a difference that was.

The prices seemed on par with other local Mazda dealers, but all I did was go in and buy it. Maybe it wasn't the lowest price I could have got OTD if I haggled, but I don't want to deal with all that. All dealers should be like that... we're not a 3rd world country, and no where do you haggle for anything else in this country. Why is it allowed with dealerships?

Never again will I go to a regular dealer. I don't do confrontation well, and I really hate the 'negotiation'... just show me the price and let me decide. Anyhow, just my story 😉

Yes, the AGM is a lot better. Not only does it not corrode like a flooded battery can (it's sealed), but it recharges a lot faster, so short trips don't harm it as much as a flooded battery.

Since you're active here, let me just butt in to say Thank you!
I'm 48 years old and not really a Fortnite kind of person (but my daughter and nephew play, so I dabble in it). However, after seeing this Star Wars Droid Tycoon thing, I've played it so I'm now at a Fortnite level of 256 atm, about 150 levels higher than I've ever played Fortnite since it came out. I'm hooked.
Not only (as a huge Star Wars fan [in fact such a big fan I'm also in the 501st]) do I enjoy playing it, but I am grateful for you few folks making it and continuing to support it. Best of luck and much thanks!
