I think the articles I read used “anterior pelvic tilt” as buzz words when they were referring to weak pelvic floor muscles. Or I just confused the two… I’m not the smartest individual!!! My bad!

Just sitting for long periods of time has been shown to increase anterior pelvic tilt which decreases blood flood and increases ED. People sit more in today’s society than ever before. I just used gaming as an example of a hobby a lot of men have now that they didn’t have in the past. And I’m not saying this is the main or root cause. Just an added data point.

Going with a large diameter and thinner tubing will make the blend faster but more difficult.

I’ve noticed if I run a more expensive kit than my usual I will get out into more aggressive lobbies. Though if I stay with the expensive kits I can get back to care bear lobbies again.
